The Road to 2025: A Message from our Founders

As we approach the end of 2024, we want to take a moment to celebrate the milestones we've reached throughout the year, share our vision for 2025, and sincerely thank you for your continued support.

Our Journey To Go Beyond Traditional Expert Networks

Arbolus continues to move far beyond traditional expert networks, empowering investors and consultants with tools to gather attributable insights. Among our highlights this year were the ongoing success of Arbolus Canopy, our asynchronous video Q&A tool, and the impressive growth of our Survey offering, which tripled its revenue and strengthened our position in the market.

We also introduced Arbolus Insights, a unique collection of key performance indicators, such as NPS (net promoter score) and Churn Risk, that will give you an advantage in your due diligence process. We already have coverage of over 20,000 SaaS businesses, all within the first year of launching.

As part of our global expansion, we increased our team, set the ground for the opening of our Costa Rica Office next year to better serve the Americas, and expanded to a dynamic new space in Barcelona to support our continued growth.

A Year of Growth and Recognition

2024 marked a transformative chapter for Arbolus. We successfully secured $20 million in Series B funding, led by Kayne Anderson Partners and Composition Capital. This investment reflects the growing recognition of our mission to make human knowledge digital and widely accessible. 

Additionally, we completed the refinancing of our venture debt facility in partnership with HSBC Innovation Banking. This achievement strengthens our long-standing relationship with HSBC and further solidifies our financial foundation to support our growth ambitions in the coming years.

This year, we were honoured to be named one of Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies by the Financial Times and ranked among Sifted's 100 Fastest-Growing Startups in the UK and Ireland. 

In 2024, Arbolus:

• Strengthened our Survey product offering

2025 and the Future Ahead: Making Smarter Decisions Possible at Every Stage

As we move forward, we’re more focused than ever on building products that empower our clients to make informed, data-driven decisions at every stage of their journey. 

This year, we made significant strides in strengthening collaboration with large buyout funds. In the UK mid-market, we achieved notable growth by securing several new logo acquisitions, solidifying our leadership position in this space. Additionally, we launched Arbolus Insights for growth investors and onboarded our first users.

We’ve continued to make inroads into the tech growth equity space, signing several high-profile logos in the sector. In addition, we have increased the number of top buyout firms we are working with, currently partnering with 4 of the top 10 LBO shops. We are proud to now work with 4 of the 5 largest strategy consulting firms, demonstrating our growing influence across key sectors.

Our multi-product platform is now enabling us to engage with clients earlier in their deal cycle than ever before. From prospecting opportunities to portfolio tracking, we’re providing actionable insights throughout the investment journey. 

Our vision is to become the go-to solution for due diligence in tech, moving beyond the traditional expert network model and establishing ourselves as an insights-first platform.
